Key Responsibilities:
Store Operations: Oversee and manage the overall operations of the store.
Sales Performance & Growth: Facilitate sales performance and drive growth, ensuring customers have a pleasant shopping experience.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor store performance and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Visual Merchandising: Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
Brand Values: Fulfill and uphold the expectations and values of GUESS.

Required skills:
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Team Management Skills: Solid capability in managing and leading a team.
Fashion & Retail Flair: Keen sense of fashion and retail dynamics.
Sales Passion: Robust enthusiasm and drive for achieving sales targets.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
