About Lyor

Lyor is building a recent category in premium residential living. The company identifies exceptional homes in prime locations, takes them on long-term leases, transforms and furnishes them to a high standard, and offers them to high-income individuals and to companies housing their CXOs, senior leadership, and key employees.

What most people don't know: Lyor manufactures its own furniture. Every piece inside a Lyor home is designed and built by us.

The Role

We are now turning that furniture vertical into a standalone brand that sells directly to consumers - and we are looking for an Entrepreneur in Residence to build it.

You will own the entire furniture business end to end: the brand, the product line, manufacturing and supply, pricing, sales channels, and growth. This is a zero-to-one build sitting inside a company that already has the factory, the product, and real demand signals from hundreds of furnished premium homes.

This is not a role with a playbook. You will write it.

What You Will Own
Taking Lyor's in-house furniture manufacturing capability and converting it into a standalone consumer brand
Defining the brand, positioning,



and product strategy for the furniture line
Owning go-to-market: D2C channel strategy, pricing, and launch
Managing the manufacturing and design pipeline behind the product
Building the team the vertical needs as it scales
Owning the numbers: revenue, margins, and growth of the furniture business

Who We Are Looking For
An ex-founder who has built a business from zero to one, or
Someone who has been an EIR or founder's-office operator inside an extremely rapid-growing company
You have built something substantial before - and can show it
Gritty and hungry. You are coming to build, not to manage
Commercially sharp: you understand product, pricing, and where money should and should not be spent
Extremely high ownership. This vertical is yours

What Success Looks Like Within the first few months, Lyor's furniture vertical operates as a standalone brand with a explicit identity, a live D2C sales channel, and its first real consumer revenue - built by you.
