Job Title: Communication Trainer

About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Communication Trainer to join our team . The ideal candidate should have a solid background in teaching Phonics and LSRW (Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing) with at least 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires dedication, creativity, and the ability to enhance students’ communication skills in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions on Phonics and LSRW for students.
Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Maintain class discipline and ensure an engaging learning environment.
Collaborate with the academic team to align with curriculum requirements.
Prepare necessary reports and documentation related to student performance.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in teaching / communication training.
Strong knowledge of Phonics and LSRW methodology.




Bachelor’s degree in English / Education / Communication or a related field.
Excellent command over English language (spoken and written).
Ability to engage and motivate students of different age groups.
Strong organizational and classroom management skills.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
