Position: Fine Wire / HEM Enamel Operator
Department: Enamel / Production
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor HEM Enamelling Machine as per SOP.
Set machine parameters and maintain enamel quality.
Check wire surface, coating, pinholes and other defects.
Maintain production records and traceability.
Follow safety, quality and 5S standards.
Report machine and quality issues to the Supervisor.
Qualification: ITI / 10th / 12th Pass
Experience: 1–5 years in fine wire, HEM enamelling or similar manufacturing.
