HealKin is a tech-enabled home healthcare platform in Mumbai. Nursing visits, home diagnostics, equipment rental, caregivers, injections, vaccinations — delivered out of staffed base stations serving 3km micro-markets. We're early, growing quick, and building the operating system for everything a family needs at home short of a hospital.

The Role
You'll sit next to the founders and do whatever the company needs that week. There is no fixed scope. In a given month you might:
Ship internal tools and dashboards – vibe-coding with AI is a skill we value
Run performance marketing and content: campaigns, landing pages, WhatsApp funnels, creative briefs
Fix ops on the ground – ride along with nurses, chase a stuck booking, redesign a base station SOP




Pull numbers from Tally and the CRM and turn them into an insight
Sit in on investor calls, build the deck, own the data room

Who this is for
0–3 years of experience, we value people who've built something real and have an ownership mindset
You start things without being asked and finish them without being chased
Comfortable being bad at something new for two weeks, then positive at it
Written clarity. You can explain a messy situation in five lines
You want the founder path later and are using this to compress five years into two
