NAbout the Role: SoulSensei is expanding its offline presence through workshops, retreats, and premium wellness experiences. We are looking for a Manager - Events & Partnerships to lead end-to-end event execution while building strong venue, vendor,



and brand collaborations. This role requires high ownership, solid on-ground execution, and the ability to deliver seamless, high-quality experiences.

nEvent Planning & Execution

- Plan and execute workshops, retreats, and community events end-to-end N
- Manage on-ground operations including setup, ambience, A/V, logistics, registrations, and flow N
- Create run sheets, checklists, and contingency plans N
- Ensure a seamless, premium event experience N
- Handle real-time changes and high-pressure situations N
- Manage event inventory and procurement N

nVenues & Vendor Management

- Source and finalize venues across Mumbai and other cities N
- Conduct recces, negotiate commercials, and build long-term partnerships N
- Manage vendors across production, décor, A/V, gifting, F&B;, and logistics N
- Identify and onboard new vendors aligned with brand re
