? Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate CHW training programs
- Conduct classroom and practical training sessions
- Support trainee assessments and mentoring
- Develop and update training materials
- Coordinate with Vision Centres and hospital teams for practical exposure
- Ensure smooth implementation of training activities
