Job Overview: We are looking for a motivated and dynamic Marketing and Sales Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting our services/products, generating new leads, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, cold calling, and networking.
- Client Engagement: Pitch company products/services to clients and understand their requirements.
- Sales Execution: Manage end-to-end sales negotiations and close deals to meet targets.
- Marketing Campaigns: Assist in creating and executing promotional and marketing campaigns (online and offline).
- Relationship Management: Maintain long-term, positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Market Research:



Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve sales strategies.

Requirements & Skills:

- Good communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and marketing.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing tools and social media platforms is a plus.
- Prior experience in marketing/sales is preferred (Freshers are also welcome to apply).

Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
