Role Description The Marketing Assistant is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, supporting day-to-day marketing and client-facing activities at karm design studio. In this role, the Marketing Assistant helps coordinate marketing campaigns, assists with basic market research, and supports sales and promotional activities.

Responsibilities include preparing presentations and proposals, maintaining client communication, managing follow-ups, and providing general customer service to ensure a positive client experience. The role also involves updating marketing materials, assisting with social media and other outreach initiatives,



and collaborating with designers and sales team members to align marketing efforts with project objectives.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interaction with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and analyze basic data to support marketing and sales decisions.
- Customer Service experience, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and relationship building.
- Foundational Sales and Sales & Marketing skills, including support for lead generation, follow-ups, and campaign coordination.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines in a studio environment.
- Proficiency with common office and marketing tools (e.g., email platforms, spreadsheets, presentation software; familiarity with social media is an advantage).
- Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Relevant education in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory; prior internship or experience in a marketing or design setting is a plus.
