Team Size : 2 - 3 in-house IT staff, plus external SAP and infrastructure consulting teams

Exp : 6 yrs with hands-on SAP Business One (SAP B1) or SAP S/4HANA ownership

Qual : B.E. / B.Tech / MCA / equivalent

- SAP certification an added advantage

Primary Mandate : SAP B1 upgrade and S/4HANA migration

Role Purpose :

To own entire IT landscape - ERP, infrastructure, cloud and security - and to lead the two-stage ERP programme: upgrading SAP Business One and migrating to SAP S/4HANA. The role carries full accountability for delivering these implementations on time, embedding the Company's RCAM policy into system design and access controls, and driving user adoption across Head Office, multiple plant, and the C&F; locations.

This is a hands-on leadership position. The incumbent will manage a small in-house team and steer external consulting partners,



but is personally expected to understand the system at configuration level and to hold implementation partners to account.
