URGENT HIRING – MANAGER | SALES &

About The Role

We are looking for a dynamic Manager – Sales &

- Marketing to build the hospital's referral network, corporate and insurance presence, and overall market position across Tinsukia and Upper Assam.

Key Responsibilities

Referral & Business Development

- Build and manage referral relationships with doctors, KOLs, corporates and paramedical referral sources.

- Map the Tinsukia and Upper Assam referral network and maintain regular visit records.

- Develop doctor-visit and CME calendars.

- Track referrals and report channel-wise volumes.

Corporate, TPA &

- Insurance Empanelment

- Manage corporate empanelment with tea estates, PSUs, refinery, coal, railways, banks, schools and local industries.

- Handle TPA and insurance empanelment from documentation through tariff discussions, inspections and go-live.

- Develop corporate health-check and preventive healthcare packages.

- Maintain empanelment and renewal records.

Marketing & Hospital Launch

- Plan and execute marketing activities for OPD, diagnostics and subsequent inpatient launch.

- Manage outdoor marketing including hoardings, signage, transit and site media.

- Coordinate digital marketing activities with the outsourced agency.

- Plan and execute hospital launch events.





- Manage invitations and engagement with doctors, corporates, administration, media and community bodies.

- Coordinate print and marketing collateral.

Agency & Team Management

- Set agency scope, deliverables and monthly targets.

- Review agency performance and marketing spend.

- Recruit, train and manage 1–2 Business Development/Marketing Executives.

- Set individual targets and conduct regular performance reviews.

Key Performance Areas

- Referral doctor network and referral volumes

- Corporate empanelments

- TPA & insurance empanelments

- OPD footfall

- Diagnostics volume, including CT/MRI

- Corporate and TPA revenue contribution

- Marketing spend and patient acquisition cost

Candidate Profile

- Strong experience in hospital sales, marketing, business development and referral networking

- Excellent communication and relationship-management skills

- Strong understanding of corporate, TPA and insurance empanelment

- Ability to lead a small team and manage external marketing agencies

- Willingness to work full-time in office in Tinsukia, Assam
