Requisites:
Provide first-level technical support for Exam-related portals and applications for all online examinations from the departmetn end (ie) from Head Office.
Act as the technical point of contact between the Department & IT Team
Coordinate with the IT Team to identify the appropriate solution.
Escalate pending or critical issues & Follow up regularly with IT until the issue is resolved and closed.
Coordinate with school IT teams for internet/network-related issues affecting examinations.
Escalate bandwidth,



Wi-Fi or infrastructure issues to the appropriate school/IT team.
Troubleshoot issues related to test loading, login, submission, response recording, answer keys and test access.
Tablet & Device Management.
Follow up on hardware repairs and warranty-related issues.
Track device availability across branches and coordinate inter-branch transfers when required.
Coordinate with the relevant team/Vendor for Tablet configuration and management.
Support the implementation and functioning of biometric attendance systems for students.
