About Twinamics

Twinamics is building digital-twin and edge-AI infrastructure for Indian manufacturing, starting with SANKET, a retrofit predictive-maintenance system built for MSME factories that legacy industrial AI vendors ignore due to price point, connectivity requirements, and machine variety. Our hero use case is CNC spindle bearing failure in auto-component clusters, with battery/EV supply chain as our next vertical. We recently submitted to the MSME Idea Hackathon 6.0 (Ministry of MSME, Frontier Technology in MSMEs track) and are moving from TRL-4 toward our first pilot.

About the role

This is a Founder's Office role: you'll sit next to the founder and work across whatever the venture needs most in a given week, from strategy and fundraising materials to pilot development, market research, and operations. It's built for someone who wants generalist, high-ownership exposure to how an early-stage deep-tech venture is actually built.

Responsibilities

Structure and tighten pitch decks, grant applications, and hackathon/competition submissions





Conduct market sizing and competitive research (TAM/SAM/SOM, vertical prioritization, competitor teardown)

Support pilot and early-customer development, including identifying target MSME clusters and structuring outreach

Translate technical architecture (our DIPPCAA framework: Data to Insight to Predict to Prescribe to Command to Act to Adapt) into clear external-facing narrative for investors, partners, and government stakeholders

Handle operational execution that keeps the founder unblocked, from IP/patent filing coordination to vendor and partner follow-ups

Take on ad hoc research and analysis wherever the venture needs rigor quick

Qualifications

Solid analytical and written communication skills

High ownership and comfort with ambiguity

Genuine interest in manufacturing, Industry 4.0, or deep-tech/hardware-adjacent startups

Comfortable working closely with a founder in a small, quick-moving team

Based in or willing to relocate to Kolkata, India
