Job Title: Finance Manager FP&A; & Treasury

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to manage financial operations, financial planning, reporting, budgeting, treasury activities, and internal controls. The candidate will support senior management in financial decision-making and ensure compliance with statutory and company requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and present accurate Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.
Manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Develop annual budgets and monitor financial performance against budgets.
Analyse budget variances and recommend appropriate cost-control measures.
Manage cash flow planning and treasury operations.
Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Support financial planning, forecasting, scenario analysis, and risk assessment.
Establish and maintain effective internal controls and financial processes.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations,



and statutory requirements.
Coordinate with external auditors and support the annual audit process.
Supervise and guide the accounting team.
Manage accounting/ERP systems and ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
Support senior management in strategic financial planning and business decisions.

Candidate Requirements:
Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA)
Experience: 2–4 years in accounting/financial management.
Solid experience in financial reporting, budgeting, financial analysis, treasury, and audit coordination.
Experience with Tally, SAP, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
