Job Summary

The Football Coach is responsible for developing students' football skills, promoting physical fitness, teamwork, discipline, and sportsmanship, while preparing teams for inter-school and competitive tournaments. The coach ensures a safe, engaging, and inclusive training workplace that encourages students to achieve their full potential.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and conduct football coaching sessions for students of different age groups.
Teach football fundamentals, techniques, tactics, and game strategies.
Identify and nurture talented players for school teams and competitions.
Organize regular practice sessions, fitness drills, and skill development activities.
Prepare teams for inter-school, district, state, and national tournaments.
Foster discipline, teamwork, leadership, and sportsmanship among students.
Ensure the safety and well-being of students during training and matches.
Monitor players' performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement.
Maintain sports equipment, football grounds, and training materials.
Coordinate with school management for sports events, fixtures, and tournaments.
Keep attendance and performance records of students.
Encourage healthy lifestyle habits and physical fitness among students.




Stay updated with modern coaching techniques, rules, and best practices.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed./M.P.Ed.) or equivalent.
Football coaching certification from a recognized organization (preferred).
Prior coaching experience in schools, academies, or sports clubs is desirable.
