Position: Field Sales Intern Location: Kolkata Job Type: Internship | Full time About the Role: We are looking for an enthusiastic Field Sales Intern to support our sales team in generating leads, meeting potential clients, and promoting our software solutions such as HRMS, Payroll, CRM, ERP, and Trackify Sales Tracking Software .

Key Responsibilities: Visit potential customers and generate new business leads. Explain software products and services to prospects. Conduct cold visits and follow up with leads. Identify customer requirements and coordinate with the sales team. Maintain daily visit, lead, and follow-up reports. Schedule product demonstrations and client meetings. Build and maintain solid customer relationships. Achieve assigned weekly/monthly sales targets.

Requirements:



Positive communication and interpersonal skills. Confident and comfortable with field work. Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets. Freshers and students can apply. Sales/marketing experience is an advantage. Must be willing to travel within Kolkata and nearby areas.
