ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA Educational Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass qualification.

Experience: Freshers and experienced candidates can apply. Previous field sales experience will be preferred.

Technology Requirements: Candidate must have an Android smartphone with 4G connectivity.

Mandatory Documents: PAN Card & Aadhaar Card are mandatory.

KYC Verification: Candidate KYC must be completed and verified by HR/Agency.

IIBF Certification: Candidates can join without IIBF certification at the time of onboarding. After onboarding, the candidate will be given 90 days to complete and transparent the IIBF Certification Exam. If the candidate fails to transparent the exam within 90 days, the FOS ID may be deactivated as per process requirements.

Authentication Device: Face Authentication will be used for KYC verification wherever applicable.

If Face

Authentication is not available or does not work, an approved biometric device will be mandatory for completing the KYC process. The device will be purchased by the FOS as per the approved Kotak Bank/vendor
