Experience
Minimum 1 year of experience in software development.

Requirements & Skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of qualified experience in software development.
Good knowledge of the MERN Stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, PHP, and REST APIs.
Basic knowledge of Git and version control.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong organisational and teamwork skills.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Eagerness to learn current technologies and work in an Agile Scrum environment.

Additional Advantage

Candidates with exposure to or knowledge of the following will have an added advantage:
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML).
LLMs such as OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or Ollama.
Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or other AI/ML frameworks.
Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
