Job Summary

We are looking for an Export Executive to manage and coordinate international business activities, including overseas customer communication, export orders, sales coordination, shipment planning, and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities
Handle international customers and export orders from enquiry to delivery.
Communicate with overseas customers regarding product enquiries, quotations, orders, pricing, delivery timelines, and shipment status.
Coordinate with the sales, production, purchase, accounts, and dispatch teams to ensure timely execution of export orders.
Generate and follow up on export enquiries and leads and support business development in international markets.
Develop and maintain valuable relationships with existing overseas customers and agents.
Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, CHA, transporters, and other logistics partners.
Plan and monitor shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
Prepare quotations, order confirmations, proforma invoices, and other commercial documents.
Handle export documentation and ensure documents are accurate and submitted on time.




Track payments and coordinate with the accounts team regarding outstanding export payments.
Maintain records of customers, enquiries, orders, shipments, and sales.
Research international markets, potential customers, and opportunities for business expansion.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate internally to address any order or delivery-related issues.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field.
1–3 years of experience in Export / International Sales / Export Business Development.
Experience in a manufacturing or engineering products company will be preferred.
Positive communication skills, particularly email and international customer communication.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
Understanding of international trade, shipping, payment terms, and Incoterms.
Strong negotiation, coordination, follow-up, and relationship-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple customers/orders simultaneously.
Knowledge of ERP software will be an added advantage.
Candidates with experience handling international B2B customers will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
