We are looking for an experienced Fabric Sourcing Manager with solid knowledge of woven fabrics and supplier management.

Key Responsibilities:
Source and develop reliable woven fabric suppliers.
Negotiate prices, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules.
Develop fabrics as per product and quality requirements.
Monitor fabric quality, testing, approvals, and inspections.
Ensure timely delivery and maintain optimum inventory levels.
Build and maintain solid relationships with mills and suppliers.
Track market trends and fabric prices to achieve competitive sourcing.
Coordinate with Merchandising, Production, Quality, Stores, and Accounts teams.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and alternative suppliers.

Requirements:
8+ years of experience in fabric sourcing/purchasing.
Robust knowledge of woven fabrics and textile markets.
Good supplier network and negotiation skills.
Strong communication, follow-up, and analytical abilities.
Knowledge of MS Excel and ERP systems preferred.
