We are looking for a confident, presentable and customer-friendly Front Desk & Sales Executive to join our team at Hodu Agri Machines.

Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist customers professionally.
Handle customer inquiries and provide information about products/services.
Manage front desk and customer interactions.
Handle customer calls and follow-ups.
Explain products to customers and generate sales.
Maintain customer records and basic documentation.
Achieve assigned sales targets.
Coordinate with the team for smooth customer service.
Perform basic computer work, including MS Word and MS Excel.

Requirements:
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Sales/customer service experience preferred.
Freshers can also apply.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
