Key Responsibilities
Assign daily tasks, train staff, and manage performance for workers.
Quality Control: Inspect finished goods before packing to make sure items are free from defects and meet specifications.
Packaging Standards: Oversee secure wrapping, correct labeling, and palletizing according to customer requirements.
Dispatch & Documentation: Verify accurate shipping papers, invoices, delivery challans, and e-way bills before transport departure.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with transport providers and internal supply chain teams to load vehicles on schedule.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety rules, maintain a clean packing floor.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
