Key Requirements:
15 years of leadership experience in Stationery / Paper Products / Printing / Writing Instruments / allied manufacturing
Proven GM / Business Head / COO experience with P&L; ownership
Robust understanding of Sales, Operations, Finance, Marketing & Commercial functions
Proven track record in business growth and team leadership
Polished, soft-spoken, commercially astute and professionally mature
Reliable career track record; East Africa/international exposure is an added advantage
Willingness to relocate to Uganda
