Key Responsibilities:
Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Maintain solid relationships with guests and ensure excellent customer service.
Coordinate with different departments to resolve guest issues.
Welcome and assist guests during their visit.
Ensure a smooth and positive guest experience.
Maintain guest records and follow up when required.
Requirements:
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Presentable and skilled personality.
Previous experience in guest relations, hospitality, customer service, or a similar role will be preferred.
Ability to handle guests politely and efficiently.
Basic computer knowledge.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
