Role Overview :

We are looking for a strategic, research-oriented Head of Content & Growth to lead our content marketing function and drive organic growth through impactful content and SEO initiatives with strong expertise in writing high-quality, research-backed blogs and articles. The role will focus on SEO, market and competitor research, content strategy, and creating informative content that drives organic traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute content marketing & SEO strategies.
Plan and manage the content calendar.
Create and Optimize blogs, landing pages, product pages, case studies, and marketing content.
Experience in researching, writing, and publishing high-quality blogs and articles.
Conduct keyword research, content audits, and competitor analysis.
Improve organic traffic, keyword rankings, and lead generation.
Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing teams.
Lead, mentor, and review the Content team.




Track content performance using analytics and optimize campaigns.

Proven experience in leading and mentoring content teams
Robust analytical, communication, writing, and stakeholder-management skills
