What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The User Experience and Engagement Lead will lead initiatives to enhance employee and agent experience within HR Operations through feedback mechanisms, communication, and engagement programs.

- Manage HR Operations feedback and engagement channels.
- Analyze user feedback to identify service improvement opportunities.
- Design and facilitate communication and engagement campaigns.




- Partner with Service Excellence and HR Technology on digital experience enhancements.
- Report on user sentiment and adoption of new services.
- Deliver high-quality work aligned to defined standards, timelines, and service expectations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across regions and functions to execute priorities effectively.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Set priorities, manage workplans or team routines, and ensure commitments are delivered with quality and accountability.
- Coach, guide, or influence team members and partners to build capability, improve execution, and reinforce a service-oriented culture.
- Shape strategic direction, governance, and performance expectations for the function or service area, ensuring alignment with enterprise transformation priorities.
