What Youll Be Doing (Position Summary):

The HR Reporting & Analytics Analyst will build and maintain the reporting and analytics foundation that powers HR Operations. This role will develop dashboards, reports, and insights that support workforce planning, decision-making, and audit readiness while ensuring data integrity and usability.

This is a highly visible role for someone who enjoys turning complex operational data into practical insights, clear dashboards, and disciplined reporting routines that help leaders make better decisions. The role will work across functions, systems, and regions to improve data quality, strengthen governance, and make performance information easier to access, understand, and act upon.

Success in this role requires both strong execution and the ability to operate effectively in a global, evolving environment. You will:
- Generate recurring HR reports and dashboards, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and timeliness.
- Validate HR data outputs and resolve discrepancies in partnership with HR Technology and CoEs.
- Maintain reporting templates and data visualizations to meet regional and functional needs.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy, retention, and audit requirements.
- Support automation, process improvement, and data integrity initiatives.
- Define, maintain, and continuously improve recurring reporting routines, dashboards, and data products that support operational visibility and leadership decision-making.
- Partner with functional leaders to clarify reporting requirements, standardize metric definitions, and ensure insights are aligned to business, compliance, and audit needs.
