What Youll Be Doing (position summary):

The QE Automation Lead is responsible for leading automation strategy and execution across the DI&A; portfolio. This role partners closely with delivery teams to modernize testing practices, ship reliable software faster,



and translate business and technology needs into practical automation solutions. The role guides teams on tooling and best practices, provides hands-on leadership across automation design, implementation, and continuous improvement, and drives measurable improvements in delivery throughput, manual testing reduction, and release stability.

How Youll Succeed (responsibilities):
- Lead end-to-end QA delivery across projects or releases, ensuring quality objectives are met within timelines.
- Drive a shift-left approach by involving QA early in requirements, design, and planning discussions to prevent defects sooner.
- Prepare test estimates, test plans, and QA timelines based on scope, complexity, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
