NWe are looking for a driven, semi-qualified accountant to join our team in a senior individual contributor capacity, someone who can independently own client accounting and closure, and mentor junior team members.
NROLE OVERVIEW
nAs a Senior Accountant at Bloomtree, you will independently manage end to end accounting and book closure for a portfolio of clients. You will work closely with accounts assistants, coordinate with client SPOCs, and support statutory audit and due diligence assignments as they arise.




NThis is a senior individual contributor role that demands ownership of client deliverables, robust technical grounding, and the ability to review and guide junior team members.

- Supervise and coordinate daily work with accounts assistants and junior team members N
- Delegate tasks effectively and ensure quality output across bookkeeping and closure work N
- Mentor junior accountants through practical guidance and review N
- Conduct regular check-ins to monitor progress and resolve blockers N

nCompliance Management

- Ensure all statutory and regulatory compliances are tracked and completed on time for assigned clients N
- Maintain a compliance calendar covering GST, TDS, and other applicable filings N
- Flag risks proactively and implement corrective actions before deadlines N
- Stay updated with amendments in tax
