Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Gynecologist role based at Gautam Hospital’s facility in Dausa. The Gynecologist will provide comprehensive outpatient and inpatient care in gynecology and obstetrics, including consultations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up care. Daily responsibilities include conducting antenatal check-ups, managing high-risk pregnancies, performing deliveries, and handling gynecologic surgeries and procedures.

The role also involves interpreting diagnostic tests, maintaining accurate medical records, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, and participating in patient education and counseling.



The Gynecologist will be expected to adhere to clinical protocols, uphold patient safety and confidentiality standards, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications
Strong foundation in Medicine with clinical experience in women’s health care.
Proficiency in Gynecology and Obstetrics, including management of routine and high-risk cases.
Competence in Surgery and Gynecologic Surgery, including common operative and minimally invasive procedures.
Recognized medical degree (MBBS) and specialist qualification (MD/MS/DNB in Obstetrics & Gynecology or equivalent).
Valid medical license/registration with relevant medical council and compliance with local regulations.
Ability to work effectively in a rapid-paced hospital setting and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Strong communication skills for patient counseling, informed consent, and coordination with staff.
Commitment to ethical practice, continuous learning, and adherence to evidence-based clinical guidelines.
