Summary
We are seeking a skilled Graphic Designer with a passion for creating visually engaging and effective eLearning experiences. In this role, you will play a crucial part in designing visually appealing and impactful graphics, illustrations, and multimedia elements that enhance the learning experience and make our courses informative, engaging, and memorable.

Responsibilities
Collaborate with instructional designers (IDs) and subject matter experts (SMEs) to create visually compelling graphics that align with learning objectives and course content.
Design a wide range of visual elements, including graphics, illustrations, icons, animations, infographics, and interactive elements.
Apply strong visual design principles to create clear, concise, and aesthetic presentations of information.
Develop and maintain a consistent visual style and branding across all eLearning materials.
Ensure all graphic elements meet accessibility guidelines and are compatible with various eLearning platforms and devices.




Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in eLearning design and technology.
Work effectively within a team-oriented team environment to meet project deadlines.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
Experience with eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline 360) is a plus.
Excellent understanding of visual design principles and best practices for eLearning.
Solid attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Passion for creating cutting-edge and engaging learning experiences.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: ₹7,000.00 - ₹8,000.00 per month
