Role Description The Junior Graphic Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram, responsible for supporting NUUK’s visual identity across digital and print touchpoints. In this role, the designer will create and adapt graphics for social media, website assets, marketing campaigns, packaging, and in-store materials, ensuring consistency with NUUK’s brand guidelines. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with senior designers and marketers, assisting with logo and brand asset development,
preparing design files for production, and refining layouts based on feedback.
The Junior Graphic
Designer will participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute to concept presentations, and help maintain design libraries and templates. This role offers the opportunity to learn from an award-winning design team while contributing to high-impact consumer-facing work.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Graphic Design and Graphics, with the ability to translate concepts into clear, engaging visual outputs.
- Experience or demonstrable skill in Logo Design and Branding to support brand identity development and asset creation.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, readability, and pairing, for digital and print applications.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma or similar).
- Portfolio showcasing clean, thoughtful design work and an eye for detail and consistency.
- Ability to collaborate in a quick-paced, design-led environment, take feedback constructively, and meet deadlines.
- Relevant education in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with digital marketing creatives, social media assets, and basic motion or UI design is a plus.
