IT Sales Executive / Online Bidder – Upwork & Freelance Platforms

Location: Mohali, Punjab

Work Mode: Work From Office

Experience: 6 Months - 3 Years

Key Requirements

- Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, or other freelance platforms.
- Strong experience in online bidding and proposal writing.
- Good understanding of IT services and website development.
- Basic understanding of web development, mobile app development, eCommerce, UI/UX, CMS, and Automation IT technologies.
- Ability to understand client requirements and identify suitable technical solutions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to research projects, analyze competition, and prepare relevant proposals.
- Understanding of current IT market trends and client requirements.
- Candidates with proven experience in generating projects through Upwork and similar platforms will be preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Generate new business through Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, and other online platforms.




- Search for relevant projects and identify opportunities that match our IT services.
- Prepare and submit customized, client-focused proposals.
- Analyze project requirements and coordinate with the technical team when required.
- Prepare project estimates and quotations based on requirements.
- Communicate with potential clients through online platforms, email, and other channels.
- Follow up with leads and work towards converting them into projects.
- Maintain regular bidding activity and keep track of submitted proposals, responses, and conversions.
- Research new markets, clients, and business opportunities for IT services.
- Ensure proposals and bids are submitted accurately and within deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
