Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned IT Infrastructure Manager to lead our technology operations in Gurugram. In this role, you will be the backbone of our digital ecosystem, overseeing the end-to-end management of our IT infrastructure, network security, and cloud environments.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional leadership teams and external stakeholders to ensure our systems are resilient, scalable, and aligned with global business objectives. By driving operational excellence and implementing robust ITIL-based frameworks, you will directly influence the productivity of our workforce and the reliability of the services we deliver to our clients. Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-availability IT infrastructure to ensure 99.9% uptime for critical business applications and services.
- Spearhead the migration and optimization of cloud infrastructure to enhance scalability and cost-efficiency across the organization.
- Enforce stringent network security protocols to protect sensitive corporate data and ensure compliance with industry-standard cybersecurity frameworks.
- Lead the IT operations team by implementing ITIL best practices to streamline incident management, change control, and service delivery.




- Manage vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure that third-party infrastructure services meet our performance benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing system performance metrics to proactively identify and mitigate potential technical bottlenecks.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in managing large-scale IT infrastructure and cloud environments with a focus on hybrid-cloud integration and optimization.
- Proven ability to design and implement comprehensive network security strategies that safeguard organizational assets against evolving threats.
- Robust proficiency in ITIL service management frameworks, with a track record of improving operational efficiency and service desk performance.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into actionable business insights for non-technical leadership.
- A collaborative leadership style that fosters high-performing teams, coupled with the ability to navigate the fast-paced, professional environment of a Gurugram-based corporate office.
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant industry certifications in cloud platforms or security management.
- Candidates must possess 8 - 15 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure management, demonstrating a clear trajectory of increasing responsibility and technical leadership.
