Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily IPD operations and ensure smooth patient care services.
- Supervise and coordinate nursing, housekeeping, and other floor staff.
- Monitor patient admissions, transfers, discharges, and bed availability.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, and other departments for efficient patient management.
- Ensure timely resolution of patient and attendant concerns.
- Monitor cleanliness, patient safety, and compliance with hospital protocols.




- Maintain accurate floor records and prepare daily operational reports.
- Ensure proper communication and coordination between departments.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospital Management, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in IPD coordination or hospital operations.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of hospital workflows, patient management, and IPD operations.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced hospital workplace.
