You'll be the person who decides where the company's capital actually goes, not the person who builds a slide justifying a decision someone else already made. Owning investment opportunities end-to-end: sourcing, evaluating, financial modelling and valuation, market and commercial assessment, due diligence, deal structuring and negotiation, preparing Investment Committee papers,



and carrying a transaction through to execution. Once capital is deployed, you'll keep tracking it, monitoring portfolio performance, spotting value-creation and exit opportunities, and managing the investment pipeline, while building real relationships with promoters, founders, investors, bankers, and advisors.

We need someone who has actually structured and closed deals, not just modelled them, with an MBA/PGDM in Finance, CA, CFA, or equivalent qualification, and 5–10 years of hands-on experience in investment management, private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A;, corporate finance, or a family office.

Most engineers spend their career shipping features for someone else's roadmap. Here, you'll work on systems with real operating history and real stakes: a mail platform securing 50M+ mailboxes at 99.9% uptime, an on-premises AI platform built for data sovereignty, government infrastructure that can't fail quietly. You'll be led by a founder who personally architected the core protocol stack (IMAP, SMTP, POP, anti-spam) this company still runs on, and who chairs the global body writing the standards for a multilingual internet.
