NThe Instructional Designer will support the design and development of engaging e-learning,

Nblended, and instructor-led content. Working closely with SMEs and stakeholders, the role

Ninvolves translating learning needs into well-structured content that drives knowledge

Nretention and performanceimprovement.

NKey Responsibilities: -

- Analyze learning needs with SMEs and define explicit learning objectives.
N
- Design storyboards, e-learning modules, job aids, and facilitator guides.
N
- Apply instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
N
- Build interactive e-learning courses using authoring tools.
N
- Develop assessments, quizzes, and knowledge checks.
N




- Review and revise existing content for accuracy and effectiveness.
N
- Support course publishing and testing on LMS platforms.
N
- Incorporate feedback from SMEs, stakeholders, and learners.
N

nDesired Candidates: -

N

n
- Bachelor's degreein Instructional Design, Education, or a related field.
N
- 5–8 years of hands-on experience in instructional design or e-learning development.
N
- Proficiency with an authoring tool (Articulate Storyline/Rise, Adobe Captivate, or
N

nsimilar).

- Strong storyboarding skills and working knowledge of ADDIE/SAM.
N
- Excellent written communication for clear, learner-friendly content.
N
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite.
