Job Overview:

We are looking for a agile and empathetic Inside Sales Representative to join our growing solar energy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for homeowners who have expressed interest in our solar solutions through our social media channels. Your goal is to build rapport, answer their questions, and schedule them a free home consultation with our field experts.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Engagement: Call warm leads generated from Meta(Facebook/Instagram) and Google ads promptly.
- Consultative Selling: Listen to homeowners' energy needs, answer questions, and address any hesitation regarding solar energy.
- Appointment Setting: Successfully book and confirm high-quality home visits for our field sales team.
- CRM Management: Keep clean records of customer interactions and update appointment schedules.

Requirements:

- Exceptional verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle objections with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or inside sales (solar experience is a plus).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
