We are looking for an experienced and motivated Recruiter to join our team

Position: IT & Non-IT Recruiter

Experience: 2–3 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for both IT & Non-IT positions
Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other channels
Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements
Conduct initial candidate discussions and coordinate interviews
Maintain regular follow-ups with candidates and clients
Manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements:
2–3 years of experience in IT & Non-IT recruitment
Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
Positive understanding of recruitment processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Target-oriented and proactive approach
