We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to lead our human resources function in the building materials industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with labor laws and organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Management
Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and grievance handling
Foster a positive, inclusive, and productive workplace culture

Policy Management
Develop, implement, and regularly review HR policies and procedures
Ensure full compliance with applicable labor laws and regulations

Induction & Exit Management
Design and deliver structured onboarding and induction programs
Manage exit processes, including interviews and smooth offboarding

Employee Grievance Handling
Address employee concerns promptly and fairly




Maintain confidentiality and ensure resolution within defined timelines

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes
Source, evaluate, and onboard top talent efficiently

Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years in HR, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment
Language: Fluency in Hindi and English (mandatory)
Skills:
Solid communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven conflict resolution and negotiation skills
Leadership and team management capability
Technical Skills: Proficiency in HRIS and other HR tools
