We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Intern to support our team in driving employee experience and people initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Support HRBPs in employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR activities.
Assist with employee engagement, HR connects, and people initiatives.
Maintain HR reports, trackers, and employee data.
Support performance management and HR processes.
Assist in HR analytics, MIS, and presentations.
Coordinate with employees, managers, and cross-functional teams.
Contribute to HR projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements
Pursuing/completed MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint.
Analytical, organized, proactive, and eager to learn.
Prior HR internship experience is a plus.
