Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate should have robust Industrial Relations (IR) expertise and a deep understanding of the factory environment and plant operations.
The role will work closely with the Plant Head and will be responsible for ensuring smooth people operations, employee relations and HR processes across the manufacturing facility.
Drive Industrial Relations (IR) and maintain healthy employee relations at the plant.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters and other workforce-related issues effectively.
Ensure smooth execution of all HR processes and policies within the plant.
Manage workforce-related requirements in line with plant operations and business needs.
Ensure compliance with applicable HR and labour-related policies and processes.
Statutory compliance including PF, ESI, Factories Act and labour laws.
HR policy formulation and implementation.

Preferred candidate profile
Strong knowledge of Labour laws and statutory compliance
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience managing HR functions in a manufacturing/factory setting
High integrity, discipline and a robust problem-solving mindset
