Role Description The International Holiday role at Holiday Assistance is a full time, in office position based in Virar. Day-to-day responsibilities include consulting with customers on domestic and international holiday requirements, preparing customized travel itineraries, and recommending suitable hotels, flights, villas, and packages. The role involves coordinating bookings and reservations, managing changes or cancellations, and ensuring accurate documentation and payment processing.

Team members will provide responsive customer service,



handle inquiries across multiple channels, and work closely with colleagues and partners to meet sales and service targets. This position requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of travel trends, pricing, and promotional offers to deliver informed recommendations.

Qualifications
Solid customer service and communication skills to interact effectively with clients and partners.
Proficiency in sales and negotiation to promote holiday packages and close bookings.
Analytical skills and basic finance knowledge to interpret pricing, manage budgets, and process payments accurately.
