To prepare Calibration schedule and execute with their planning.
To handle troubleshooting with the help of production department.
To execute daily maintenance activity.
To handle the instrument breakdown.
To handle the deviations/ incidents as per procedure.
To execute internal audits and training programs.
To prepare the standard operating procedures as per quality assurance requirement.
Responsible for review of calibration records.
To Verify qualification related activities.
Responsible to monitor online GMP compliance of Engineering department.
To provide customer support and vendor support as per requirement.
To perform any other work allotted by department head.
Maintain accurate shift logs, documenting any issues, action taken any modification made to the systems.
Complete maintenance records and checklists as required by plant protocols or regulatory standards.
Calibrate Instruments and control devices as part of routine checks to ensure precision and accuracy.
