JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and result-oriented HR Executive / HR Officer to oversee end-to-end human resource operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of hands-on experience handling full-cycle recruitment, payroll administration, statutory compliance (ESIC & Insurance), employee grievance handling, attrition management, and exit processes.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment: Manage complete recruitment cycles from sourcing profiles, conducting interviews, extending job offers, to onboarding recent hires.

Payroll Management: Maintain monthly attendance records, process payroll, calculate leave deductions, overtimes, and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.

Statutory Compliance (ESIC & Insurance): Handle online ESIC portals, employee registration, claims processing, updates, and coordinate corporate insurance programs (Group Health/Accident policy).

Grievance Handling & Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee concerns, resolve operational/interpersonal conflicts, and promote a positive work environment.

Attrition Control & Retention: Monitor employee turnover,



analyze root causes of attrition, and implement effective employee engagement and retention strategies.

Exit Formalities & Offboarding: Conduct exit interviews, process full & final settlements (F&F;), issue experience/relieving certificates, and complete formal offboarding workflows.

HR Administration: Maintain accurate physical and digital employee databases, records, personnel files, and assist with general office HR administration.

KEY REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of core HR experience in manufacturing or corporate settings.

Education: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree (MBA / PGDM in HR preferred).

Statutory Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of ESIC portal management, corporate insurance handling, and labor compliance basics.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and hands-on experience with Payroll Software/HRMS tools.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Solid verbal and written communication abilities with effective conflict-resolution skills.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
