Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Review resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements and organizational needs.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidates’ skills, experience, and suitability.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and prepare job descriptions.
Negotiate salary, coordinate offer processes, and follow up with selected candidates.
Conduct background verification and complete pre-employment documentation.
Maintain recruitment reports and track hiring metrics.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employee onboarding and maintain necessary recruitment documentation.
Stay updated on recruitment trends and develop effective talent-sourcing strategies.
