Supervise housekeeping staff and allocate daily duties as per operational requirements.
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene of patient rooms, wards, ICU areas, OT, OPD, corridors, washrooms, waiting areas, and other hospital premises.
Monitor housekeeping activities and ensure cleaning schedules are followed properly.
Ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals, equipment, PPE, and housekeeping materials.
Follow and implement hospital infection-control and biomedical waste segregation guidelines.
Ensure proper segregation and disposal of waste as per hospital procedures.
Conduct regular rounds and identify areas requiring corrective action.
Maintain housekeeping checklists, duty rosters, cleaning records, and inspection reports.
Coordinate with Nursing, Infection Control, Engineering, Security, and other departments for housekeeping-related requirements.
Train housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, hygiene, grooming, PPE usage,



and infection-control practices.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, grooming, discipline, and performance.
Handle patient/attendant complaints related to cleanliness and ensure timely resolution.
Monitor consumption and stock availability of housekeeping materials and chemicals.
Report shortages, damages, incidents, and operational issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure proper handling and maintenance of housekeeping equipment.
Support hospital audits, inspections, and quality/accreditation requirements.
Ensure housekeeping staff follow hospital policies, safety procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
