Job Summary

Majestic Basmati Rice Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced ITI Fitter / Welder to join our maintenance team at our Mandideep plant. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in industrial fitting, welding, fabrication, and machinery maintenance.

Key Responsibilities
Carry out routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Perform fitting, welding, fabrication, cutting, grinding, and installation work.
Identify and troubleshoot basic mechanical and equipment-related issues.
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of machines and mechanical systems.
Ensure machinery and equipment are maintained in safe and working condition.




Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
Maintain proper housekeeping and safety standards in the work area.

Requirements
Qualification: ITI in Fitter or Welder trade.
Experience: 2–3 years of relevant industrial/plant experience.
Valuable practical knowledge of fitting, welding, fabrication, and mechanical maintenance.
Ability to work effectively in a manufacturing/industrial setting.
Willingness to work in shifts, if required.

Salary Salary will be based on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
