Role and responsibility-

HVAC Cleanroom Project Sales Head – Roles & Responsibilities
Develop current business opportunities in HVAC, cleanroom, pharma, healthcare, and industrial projects.
Manage the complete project sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
Handle client meetings, site visits, technical discussions, and requirement analysis.
Coordinate technical and commercial proposals, BOQs, costing, and tender submissions.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to achieve profitable orders.
Build relationships with consultants, contractors, PMCs, and key clients.
Lead and guide the sales team to achieve targets and maintain sales pipelines.
Coordinate with Design, Estimation, Projects, Procurement, and Finance teams.
Monitor market trends, competitors, upcoming projects, sales forecasts, and business growth.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
