- We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Business Development Executive to support global client acquisition and business growth.n
- The role will primarily focus on identifying potential clients, researching companies and decision-makers, conducting outbound outreach, generating qualified leads, and scheduling meetings with founders and senior stakeholders.n
- The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and communicating with international prospects.n

- Identify and research potential clients across the US, UK, Singapore, Europe, and other international markets.n
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, email outreach, company research, directories, and other outbound channels.n
- Identify relevant decision-makers including founders, CEOs, COOs, HR leaders, and hiring managers.n
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn and email.n
- Understand prospect requirements and identify relevant business opportunities.n




- Schedule qualified meetings and discovery calls for the business development team.n
- Maintain accurate lead and outreach records in CRM or internal tracking systems.n
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospects and nurture potential opportunities.n
- Work closely with internal teams to understand service capabilities and client requirements.n
- Consistently achieve weekly and monthly lead generation and meeting targets.n

nRequirements

- n
- 2-4 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, Inside Sales, or B2B Outbound Sales.n
- Experience with international clients or markets is strongly preferred.n
- Strong LinkedIn prospecting and company research skills.n
- Experience with cold email and outbound sales campaigns.n
- Excellent spoken and written English.n
- Ability to confidently communicate with founders and senior business leaders.n
- Solid research, communication, and follow-up skills.n
